Human CRISPR Knockout Library - Apoptosis, Cancer

CAT #VG-HL119-P10

This is a pooled CRISPR-Cas9 gene knockout plasmid library based on lentiviral vectors, constructed by the Bassik lab, primarily targeting human genes involved in apoptosis and tumorigenesis. The library covers approximately 3,000 functionally related genes, each designed with multiple sgRNAs, totaling about 30,000 sgRNAs, and includes non-targeting and safe-locus control sequences to enhance the reliability and statistical robustness of screening results. The library uses Cas9-free sgRNA expression vectors suitable for use in Cas9 stably expressing cells or in combination with a Cas9 vector, enabling pooled screening coupled with high-throughput sequencing to analyze key gene functions.
