Human CRISPR Metabolic Gene Knockout Library#HK-2

HyCyte® Human CRISPR Metabolic Gene Knockout Library#HK-2 (Cell Pool) developed by Verygenome applies CRISPR iScreen technology. Using self-developed competent cells, library plasmids with high coverage and good uniformity are prepared, followed by viral packaging to obtain high-titer CRISPR library virus. Finally, the target cell line is infected at low viral MOI so that each cell receives only one virus, enabling batch construction of standardized CRISPR library cells.
