Human Cancer and Apoptosis Activation Library Plasmid
CAT #VG-HL132-P10
A human CRISPR activation (CRISPRa) pooled sgRNA library constructed by the Jonathan Weissman lab, used to upregulate target gene transcription, targeting 2,921 human genes associated with cancer and apoptosis. Based on hCRISPRa-v2, 5 sgRNAs are designed per gene, comprising a total of 16,055 targeting sgRNAs and 280 non-targeting control sgRNAs. The library is built on the pCRISPRia-v2 vector system (does not express Cas9) and must be used in a dCas9-activation system (such as dCas9-VP64 or the SAM system). It is suitable for pooled CRISPRa functional screening after lentiviral packaging, enabling systematic dissection of the activation effects of genes involved in tumorigenesis and apoptosis regulation.
