1× PBS Buffer (pH 7.2–7.4), Calcium- and Magnesium-Free

PBS (phosphate buffered solution), or phosphate-buffered saline, provides a relatively stable ionic environment and pH buffering capacity. It is a commonly used buffer salt solution in biology, applied in molecular cloning and cell culture, etc. It is isotonic with human blood, and its main components are potassium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride, and potassium chloride.
This product is a 1× working solution, sterilized and ready to use. Storage at 4℃ can extend the product shelf life; for long-term storage, refrigerated storage is recommended.
